Metering Pumps - Recommendations
Pump features include:
• Peristaltic pump with digital flow readout
• Cumulative volume
• Easy one step calibration
• Keypad lockout (prevents unauthorized pump changes)
Pump Warranty:
• 1 year against manufacturing defects
• does not include tubing and damage caused by abuse or neglect
Pump Maintenance:
• Routine cleaning and repairs, etc. is the responsibility of the customer
Pump Service Contract
• $275.00 per unit per year. This contract allows for a loaner pump to be supplied at no charge to the customer during the repair of the pump. If the repair is due to abuse or neglect, there will be a charge for repairs; however, all other items are covered under the contract.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges of pumps and may choose the method of delivery that they desire (UPS next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, or ground)
• Customers who choose not to purchase a service contract will be able to obtain repairs on a charge basis.
Other Support
• Vitamin Analysis: Vitamin Blends
• With each vitamin shipment, the customer can receive a “Certificate of Analysis” for that batch number. Please request this support if needed.
• Other Services
• Dairy House will provide technical back-up at all times while partnering with the customer on vitamins
